Dear guests,
thank you for choosing to stay at our farmhouse! We will strive to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable experience. Any request is welcome, please do not hesitate to ask!
Below you will find the charter of services offered and all useful information about Torsivì Farmhouse.

We do not reside permanently in the facility, but we live not far from here and are always available by phone.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made by phone or email and will be confirmed in writing by our facility. A deposit of 100 euros may be required at the time of booking, which will be deducted when the balance is paid.
In case of cancellation or no-show without notice, the facility will keep the deposit.
RULES OF CONDUCT
Our prerogative is the well-being of our guests, so we ask for your cooperation to make everyone’s stay enjoyable, while respecting those who share the facility with you.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room and common room.
You are not allowed to let unregistered guests into the rooms, but if you want to ask friends or relatives to visit you, all outdoor spaces and the common room are available!
Do not leave valuables unattended. The facility is not liable for any theft or loss.
Guests in each room will be given keys upon arrival and these must be returned upon departure. Any damage or loss will be charged upon departure.
RESORT TAX
The municipality of Castiglione Chiavarese has resolved to collect the tourist tax from March 1 to October 31. The amount, 1 euro per person per day (for the first 3 days of stay only), is not included in the stay rate and will be charged to guests upon departure.

CHECK IN
Check in is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. In case of delay please notify by email or phone (also whatsapp). Upon arrival, each guest is required to show identification for registration.
CHECK OUT.
Check out must be done by 11:00 am. Any special needs, can be agreed upon in advance with the guests so as to better manage the activities of tidying up and arranging the rooms.
Payment can be made in cash or by ATM/credit card by the morning of departure.
PETS
Animals are welcome in our facility always with respect for others. They must be accustomed to sharing spaces with strangers and not making trouble for other guests in the facility. It is forbidden to let them climb on beds, armchairs and chairs.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO LEAVE ANIMALS UNATTENDED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE FACILITY.
Any damages are fully borne by the owners.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data will be treated in accordance with the confidentiality and rights of the individual. Pursuant to and in accordance with Leg. 196/03 you are informed that your personal data will be processed only for accounting and administrative purposes.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the common room on the ground floor from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Those who wish can have breakfast on the sun terrace on the second floor. Any special requests can be arranged in advance.
ROOM REARRANGEMENT
Room rearrangement is done every 3 days if the room is vacant by 11:00 am. Bed linen and towels will be changed every 6 days (excluding departure and day before). Linen that you wish to change can be left on the floor or inside the shower.
We also offer our guests a small courtesy set that includes: soap, shampoo and shower gel.
Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
INTERNET
There is free wi-fi in every room. The password will be provided upon arrival at the farmhouse.
SMART TV
Each room is equipped with smart TV and Netflix and Prime Video subscription for guests’ free use.
PARKING
Each room has a dedicated parking space that will be assigned upon check-in. The parking lot is unattended and no liability is accepted for theft or damage to vehicles. There are no particular risks, however, we recommend that you lock your cars and do not leave objects inside the cars.
HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING
Each room has a heating and air conditioning system that each guest can manage independently by remote control. Since the farm is equipped with a photovoltaic system, we ask that you make the best use of this renewable energy production system. Therefore, we recommend starting, if necessary, the heating or climate with windows closed, in the morning so that when you return in the afternoon or evening, you will find the desirable temperature and then turn off the split, if not essential, in the hours of darkness.
RECYCLING COLLECTION
We value the environment and believe in the collective effort to encourage recycling. We ask for your cooperation to dispose of the waste in the manner specified by our municipality. There are different colored bins in the rooms to better sort waste: yellow plastic, blue paper, gray undifferentiated. For glass and cans find a large bin outside by the side of the carport. RATES
Our farm has 5 double rooms: Conio, Mereta, Nuaggi, Cottarze, Torsivì.
Room with balcony and direct access to the sun terrace (Mereta and Conio):
LOW SEASON: 110 euros per room per night
HIGH SEASON (July 15 to August 31): 130 euros per room per night
Room without balcony (Nuaggi, Cottarze and Torsivì)
LOW SEASON: 100 euros per room per night
HIGH SEASON (July 15 to August 31): 120 euros per room per night
A third bed or camp bed can be added in the Cottarze and Torsivì rooms at the following rates:
– Children under 2 years of age FREE
– From 2 to 5 years old 50% off the adult rate
– Ages 6 to 11 30% off the adult rate
– Ages 12 and up 10% off the adult rate
(*The following reductions apply to minors in a room with 2 paying adults)
You have chosen a vacation in direct contact with nature, so help us respect it and protect the environment by trying to limit water and electricity consumption and by disposing of waste in the appropriate bins.
